Subscription & Cancellation Policy
Plans
TraderMe Premium: a 30-day full-access free trial, then either Monthly at US$10 per month or Yearly at US$100 per year.
Trial
The trial starts when you create your account and does not require a payment method. Because no payment method is collected, you will not be charged automatically when the trial ends.
After the trial
If you do not subscribe, you can still sign in, view and export your existing records, but adding or editing records is paused until you subscribe.
Paid subscription
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period — US$10 monthly or US$100 yearly — until cancelled. The renewal amount and next billing date are shown on the Billing page.
Switching plans
You can switch between Monthly and Yearly from the Billing page. The change takes effect at your next renewal date.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation takes effect immediately and Premium access ends at that point. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Your data
We never delete your historical trading data because a subscription ends.
